MASTER PLAN & CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
This stage establishes the overall scope and conceptual design of the project. This process includes a detailed analysis of the site, form, scale, and relationships between architectural components. We work closely with our clients to explore a variety of concepts and design solutions, viewing options through macro plans, sketches, and references.
ARCHITECTURAL PRELIMINARY PROJECT
Here we focus on the development of the architecture, taking into account the design program, the desired spatiality, the construction areas and the technical ideas of the project. This includes floor plans and elevations, 3D modeling, renders, and models, providing a higher level of definition to the original concept.
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
At this stage, the technical and construction aspects are examined in depth, ensuring that each element of the design is viable. Work begins with the specialties (structural, sanitary and electrical design) to ensure comprehensive progress. More detailed plans of the entire project are presented together with more detailed renders for understanding the spaces.
INTERIOR DESIGN
It focuses on the design of finishes, furniture, lighting, and all the elements within the projected space, all in an integral dialogue to achieve a complete and harmonious result. We deliver detailed plans, reference images, colors.
CONSTRUCTION MONITORING
As long as possible, we are committed to monitoring construction to ensure that the initial design and concept are maintained, supervising progress and providing technical advice to the builder's team, making decisions on site for possible changes that may contribute to the final result and supporting with additional technical plans requested on site.
