SANCTUARIO DE OJOCHAL
(construction 2026)
The Ojochal Sanctuary is a residential project that we have been developing in the South Pacific of Costa Rica.
Located among the hills of Ojochal, this house is designed to open completely to the vastness of the Pacific Ocean and the green mountains that surround it.
With a flowing bamboo roof, expansive glass walls, and serene spaces, it invites nature in and offers a peaceful contemplation of the surroundings.
This collaboration between Praag Studio and Orquídea Ecodesign brings together complementary visions — combining design, craftsmanship and care to shape a sanctuary of balance, simplicity and serene sophistication.
