The reception and restaurant area of the Urpu Andean Lodge is designed to blend harmoniously with the impressive mountain landscape that surrounds it. The design focuses on curved shapes that evoke fluidity and continuity, dialoguing with the undulations of the terrain and the mountains in the background.

The use of bamboo woven fabrics on the roof not only provides a warm, natural texture, but also allows for subtle light to pass through, creating shaded terraces that maintain a connection with the surroundings. The circular adobe spaces create a sense of shelter and welcome, while the open central courtyard, with its reflecting pool, reflects the sky and mountains, providing serenity and a visual link with the landscape.
